Kali Alexander

Kali Alexander has a diverse work experience spanning different sectors. Kali began their career as a 911 Emergency Dispatcher for the Los Angeles County Fire Department from 1994 to 1999. Following that, they worked as an Elementary School Teacher for the LYNWOOD UNIFIED SCHOOL DISTRICT from 2003 to 2007. Kali then transitioned into the healthcare industry and served as a Licensed Acupuncturist at AltaMed Health Services from 2010 to 2017. In 2013, they joined YogaWorks as a Yoga Instructor and Workshop Coordinator until 2020. In 2017, they became the U.S. Operations Manager for Digital Content at Yogaia, where they worked until 2022. In 2018, they founded Chocolate Twist Yoga and served as the Founder and Digital Content Creator until 2022. Most recently, they have been employed at GlideFast Consulting, where they initially served as a Technical Trainer from January to May 2023, and currently works as a Customer Advocate.

Kali Alexander obtained a Bachelor of Arts (BA) degree in Economics from UCLA. Additionally, Kali has obtained several certifications, including ITILv4 Foundations in IT Service Management from PeopleCert in April 2023, and multiple micro-certifications from ServiceNow, such as Automated Test Framework and Citizen Developer Application Creator, both obtained in November 2022. Kali has also obtained certifications in Service Management with ITIL® 4, ServiceNow Certified System Administrator, and ServiceNow ITSM, all obtained in October 2022. Kali has acquired various other certifications related to API Testing, Behavior-Driven Development, Learning ServiceNow, Programming Foundations, Basic Administration, and Test Automation Foundations, all obtained in July 2022.
