Sarah Troupe

Sarah Troupe is an experienced professional with a diverse background in training, security coordination, and escrow processes. Currently serving as a Process Trainer at GlideFast Consulting since December 2024, Troupe previously completed an internship at Customizo, a ServiceNow Premier Partner. From May 2022 to December 2024, Troupe worked as a Security Coordinator at Marksman Security Corporation within the Meta Data Center. In late 2023, Troupe was a Certified ServiceNow NextGen Hybrid Program Instructor at ServiceNow, where engaging live demonstrations were executed to enhance user understanding of the platform. Troupe's earlier career included over eight years as an Escrow Coordinator and experience as a Console Operator at Fidelity National Information Services. Educational qualifications include a Bachelor's Degree in Business Administration from Arkansas Tech University and an Associate of Arts from the University of Central Arkansas.
