Savannah Austin

Savannah Austin, MBA has a strong and diverse work experience. Savannah currently works at GlideFast Consulting as a Business Analyst and previously held the role of Associate Business Process Consultant. Prior to their current position, they worked at Unum for several years, starting as an IT Intern and progressing to roles such as Technical Support Engineer and Software Engineer. At Unum, they focused on maintaining telecommunications platforms, gathering and analyzing requirements for ServiceNow catalog build outs, and providing efficient customer solutions. Before joining Unum, Savannah gained experience as a Management Information Systems Intern at Upper Cumberland Human Resource Agency.

Savannah Austin, MBA, obtained their Master of Business Administration (MBA) degree with a focus on Management Information Systems, General, from Tennessee Technological University. Savannah completed the program from 2017 to 2019.

Prior to their MBA, Savannah earned a Bachelor of Science (B.S.) degree in Business Management with a concentration in Business and Information Technology (BIT) from Tennessee Technological University. Savannah also obtained a B.S. in Economics from the same university. Savannah completed both degrees from 2012 to 2016.

Savannah has also pursued additional certifications to enhance their skills and knowledge. Savannah obtained a Micro-Certification in Configuring the CMDB from ServiceNow in June 2022. In April 2022, they became a ServiceNow Certified System Administrator. Furthermore, they obtained the SAFe 5 Practitioner certification from Scaled Agile Framework Certification Training in March 2022. Lastly, they achieved the IT Information Library Foundations Certification (ITIL) from PeopleCert in November 2021.
