Top Tanti

Top Tanti has a solid work experience in the field of service delivery and IT consulting. They recently joined GlideFast Consulting in March 2022 as a Service Delivery Director. Previously, they held the role of Service Delivery Manager at the same company, starting in January 2019. Before that, Top Tanti worked as a Sr. ServiceNow Architect from October 2016 to January 2019 at GlideFast Consulting.

Prior to joining GlideFast Consulting, Top Tanti worked at Salt River Project. They started their career there as an IT Analyst in September 2012 and transitioned to the role of ServiceNow Developer in July 2014. Their association with Salt River Project ended in October 2016.

Top Tanti has an extensive education history. From 2007 to 2013, they attended Arizona State University, where they obtained a Bachelor of Science degree in Applied Computing with a focus on Networking & Distributed Processing. In 2013, they also enrolled at Grand Canyon University and completed a Master of Business Administration (MBA) degree. The same year, they started pursuing a Master of Science in Leadership at Grand Canyon University, which they completed in 2016.

Additionally, Top Tanti has obtained several certifications. In 2013, they earned the ITIL Foundation v3 certification from EXIN. In 2014, they became a ServiceNow System Administrator certified by ServiceNow – The Enterprise Cloud Company. In 2016, they obtained the ServiceNow Certified Application Developer certification from ServiceNow – The Enterprise Cloud Company, as well as the ServiceNow Certified Implementation Specialist certification. Finally, in 2019, they achieved the Suite Certification – ITSM Professional and Suite Certification – CSM Professional certifications, both from ServiceNow.
