Paweł Kwaśniewski

Paweł Kwaśniewski has a diverse work experience spanning various roles and industries. Paweł is currently working as a Data Engineer at Glint Solar, where they are involved in the development of a SaaS solution to accelerate the adoption of solar energy. Prior to this, Paweł worked as a Data Engineer at Unacast, where they contributed to providing accurate understanding of human activity in the physical world through the Real World Graph®. Paweł also has experience as a Software Engineer at KAIZEN Solutions (KZS).

In addition, Paweł has a background in engineering and product management. Paweł served as a Development Engineer and Product Manager for Sample Environments at Xenocs, where they were responsible for the sample environment portfolio of SAXS solutions and participated in technical development and improvement of equipment. Paweł also worked as a Manager XRD Physics and Methods at Bruker AXS.

Earlier in their career, Paweł worked as a Postdoc at DESY, conducting research using X-ray Photon Correlation Spectroscopy. Paweł was also a Junior Scientist at ID02 at ESRF - European Radiation Synchrotron Facility. Additionally, they gained experience as a LIMS specialist at Selvita Life Science Solutions.

Paweł Kwaśniewski pursued their education in the field of physics. From 2003 to 2008, they attended AGH University of Krakow and obtained a Master's degree. Later, from 2009 to 2012, they attended Université Joseph Fourier (Grenoble I) where they completed their Doctor of Philosophy (PhD) in Physics.
