Ritu Mohanka

Ritu Mohanka is currently the VP of Strategy & Business Development for EMEA at Glint. Prior to this, they spent four years at LinkedIn, where they were the VP of Strategy & Business Development for EMEA. Before that, they were the Senior Vice President for Europe at IBM Smarter Workforce.

Ritu has a wealth of experience in human capital management solutions and business development. Ritu is also multilingual, speaking English, French, German, Hindi, and Bengali fluently. Throughout their career, they have demonstrated their ability to lead and grow businesses, establish strong relationships with clients, and deliver results.

Ritu Mohanka has a Master of Business Administration (MBA) from Etudes Supérieures Appliquées Aux Affaires in Paris with a distinction in their field. Ritu also has an MSc. in Marketing Management from Aston Business School at Aston University. Her undergraduate degree is a B.A. (Hons) in English from St Xaviers College at Calcutta University in India, where they earned an upper second class degree. Ritu also has three certifications from LinkedIn in Leading Your Team Through Change, Building Resilience as a Leader, and Powerless to Powerful: Taking Control.
