Robert Dean has a strong background in customer success and client services. Robert began their career as a Client Service Analyst at Fiserv in 2011. In 2013, they joined IBM as a Client Service Consultant and later became a Client Success Manager at IBM Watson Talent and Kenexa. Robert worked at IBM until 2018 when they joined Glint as a Client Success Manager. Currently, they hold the position of Principal Customer Success Manager at Glint.
Robert Dean received their Bachelor's degree in Business, Management, Marketing, and Related Support Services from the University of Nebraska-Lincoln between 2006 and 2012.
