Hana Afidah

Hana Afidah currently serves as a Talent Consultant at Glints since April 2022, having previously held positions as Enterprise Sales Representative (Senior) and Sales Development Representative. In this role, Hana partners with the Business Team to develop outbound prospecting strategies and actively engages with potential clients to demonstrate the value of Glints' products. Prior experience includes working as an Inside Sales Representative at Bussr, where responsibilities encompassed customer communication and lead management, and as an Administrative Clerk at KMK Textile. Hana began a career in banking at PT. Bank BNI Syariah as an Assistant Development Program, providing customer service and handling various financial transactions. Hana holds a Gelar Sarjana degree in Agribusiness from Universitas Jenderal Soedirman, completed in February 2016.
