Justine Lim has a range of work experience in various companies. Justine started their career as an intern at PT Royston Advisory Indonesia in 2016. In 2017, they worked in account management at Panorama Travel & Service. In 2018, they became a sales manager at Zomato. Justine then joined Glints in 2019, initially as a business development manager and later took on roles as a senior business development manager & client success lead, business development & customer retention lead, and currently the head of customer success and retention. At Glints, they played a key role in developing and scaling their cross-border digital recruitment solution and led divisions such as client success, community development, and sales training. Overall, they have demonstrated expertise in business development, client management, and customer success.
Justine Lim obtained a Bachelor's degree in Public Relations/Image Management from Universitas Multimedia Nusantara, where they studied from 2013 to 2017. Justine has also obtained a certification as a Certified Customer Success Manager (CCSM) Level 1 from SuccessHACKER in 2021.
