Dillon John Ficca

Dillon John Ficca has a diverse range of work experience. Dillon John is currently working at Indeed Flex as a Community Engagement Team Lead. Dillon John previously held the role of Community Engagement Specialist at the same company. Prior to that, Dillon worked at Housing Up as a Senior Manager of Community Engagement and Manager of Volunteer Programs & Community Engagement. Dillon John also served as the Deputy Campaign Manager for Jose Rico's Campaign for Alderman of Chicago's 12th Ward. Additionally, Dillon has interned at OneVoice Movement, where they focused on campus chapter collaboration and engagement strategies. Dillon John also worked as an ESL Instructor at AMIDEAST. Dillon's experience also includes working as a Development Coordinator at Zimam Palestine, where they established development pipelines and facilitated leadership workshops. Dillon John started their career as a Head Coach at All-Star Sports Instruction and later served as a US Citizenship Instructor at Arab American Family Services, where they designed and taught a course on successfully passing the USCIS Naturalization Interview.

Dillon John Ficca earned a Master of Public Administration (MPA) degree from Clemson University in the years 2019 to 2021. Prior to that, they completed a Bachelor of Arts (BA) in Political Science and Government at Northeastern Illinois University in the years 2017 to 2018. Dillon John began their educational journey at Triton College, where they obtained an Associate of Arts (AA) degree in Political Science and Government from 2015 to 2017.
