Neil Canlas is a seasoned recruitment professional with extensive experience in managing recruitment teams and executing the full recruitment cycle across various companies. Currently serving as a Senior Recruitment Consultant and Recruitment Lead at Glints since November 2022, Neil oversees recruitment consultants to meet KPIs, coordinates client relationships, and ensures successful talent acquisition. Previously, Neil held roles such as Recruitment Lead and Senior Technical Recruiter at MultiplyMii, APAC Technical Recruiter at TaskUs, and Senior Recruitment Specialist at Acquire BPO, among others. Neil’s career began at Accenture as a Talent Fulfillment Specialist, where resource planning and staffing coordination were key responsibilities. Neil holds a degree from St. Joseph's College, completed in 2007.
