Pat Haro

Pat Haro has a diverse work experience spanning over several industries and positions. They began as an Executive Recruiter at Nelson Staffing in 1984, before moving on to become a Corporate Recruiter at Seagate Technology from 1986 until 1990. In 1990, they joined PHR Group, Inc. and assumed the role of Managing Director, Greater China until 1994, after which they took on the position of Managing Director, Asia Pacific Region & India until 2006. During their tenure at PHR Group, Inc., they also served as the Chief Financial Officer from 2007 to 2008. In 2008, Haro became an Executive Search Consultant at Green Economy Search. They then proceeded to become the Chief Executive Officer of Personal Sommeliers in 2021. Haro briefly served as the Chief Talent Officer at Ignite International, Ltd. from 2023 to 2024 before assuming their current position as the Chief Talent Officer at Glints, starting in 2024.

Pat Haro has a Bachelor of Science degree in Organizational Behavior from the University of San Francisco, obtained in 1990. They also have an MBA from The University of Chicago Booth School of Business, earned between 2004 and 2006. Pat has additional certifications such as a Diploma in Wines from the Wine & Spirit Education Trust, and a Mixology & Spirits certification from the BAR 5-Day Program. They have also obtained various certifications in the fields of sommelier, wines, whisky, spirits, and Lean Six Sigma.
