Kevin D'Silva

Kevin D'Silva is the Founder and CEO of Ideateplus, an innovation consultancy focused on accelerating customer-validated experiments and enhancing user-centric design competencies. In addition to leading Ideateplus since June 2020, Kevin serves as a Guest Lecturer in Enterprise Innovation and Design Thinking at EPFL and a Lecturer in Design Thinking and Start-up Creation Process at Glion Institute of Higher Education. Kevin's previous experience includes roles such as AVP at Credit Suisse, Head of Partnerships at Nestlé, and Global Innovation Manager within the company, where a significant focus was on developing innovation strategies. Kevin's career also encompasses positions at Merck Serono and various roles at Vodafone, including Senior Commercial Manager and Global Buyer. Kevin holds a Bachelor of Engineering (Honours) degree in Civil and Structural Engineering with a focus on Project Management from the University of Technology Sydney.
