Mark Hardie MBE FRSA is a seasoned leadership and performance coach with extensive experience across various sectors, including military, academia, and corporate environments. As the owner of Decision Point Ltd and founder of the RESeT™ Performance brand, Mark emphasizes the importance of team interactions and ethical leadership in achieving high performance. Current roles include Executive Leadership and Resilience Lead at PepTalks, Visiting Lecturer in Leadership Across Cultures at Glion Institute of Higher Education, and Executive Coach for the European Mentoring and Coaching Council. Mark has also contributed as a military advisor for the National Museum of the Royal Navy and held senior leadership positions in the Royal Marines for over two decades. Academic qualifications include a Master’s Degree from King’s College London and advanced coaching certifications from Hult Ashridge.
