Hilal (GULSEVEN) CAYIRLI has been working in the legal field since 2011. Hilal began their career as an Associate Attorney at Dentons, then moved to Balcıoğlu Selçuk Ardıyok Keki Avukatlık Ortaklığı in the same role. In 2017, they became a Legal Researcher at CPR Institute. In 2018, they joined Breeding Henry Baysan PC as an Associate Attorney. In 2020, they were hired as a Senior Legal Counsel (f. k. a.) at Trive. Currently, Hilal is employed as an In-House Counsel at GLMX - Access, Automate, Analyze.

Hilal (GULSEVEN) CAYIRLI obtained a Bachelor of Laws (LL.B.) from Marmara University in 2011, a Master of Laws (LL.M.) from Istanbul University in 2015, and a Master of Laws (LL.M.) from the University of Missouri-Columbia in 2017. Additionally, they were certified as an Attorney by the New York State Bar Association.
