Hamza Yaqoob

Hamza Yaqoob has worked as a Software QA Engineer at Globacap since 2022. Prior to this, they were an Application Support Associate at Dedalus from 2021, where they were responsible for monitoring, recording and responding to all new incidents and service requests raised via BMC Remedy - IT Service Management system. Hamza also resolved issues raised against the Lorenzo application in production within agreed SLAs. In 2021, they were a Software QA Analyst (Intern) at Kortext, where they created and executed test cases using TestRail and documented all test results as part of a larger quality assurance team and as per established QA policies and procedures. Hamza also authored and maintained well-organized, efficient and successful manual test cases for the entire team.

Hamza Yaqoob is currently pursuing a Masters in Information Technology at Bournemouth University. Previously, they obtained a Bachelor's degree in Computer Science from COMSATS Institute of Information and Technology. In addition, they have obtained four certifications from LinkedIn: API Testing Foundations (October 2021), JMeter: Performance and Load Testing (September 2021), Agile Requirements Foundations (July 2021), and Agile Testing (July 2021).
