Joanna Tibbitt

Joanna Tibbitt is an accomplished executive with extensive international experience spanning over 15 years, currently serving as Chief Operating Officer at Globacap since July 2023 and as a member of Women of FinTech since January 2024. Joanna operates an executive coaching practice that leverages senior executive experience across five countries to facilitate leadership development and career progression. Previous roles include Chief Operating Officer of Commercial Banking at HSBC in China, where responsibility entailed managing a business generating approximately $1 billion in revenue, and various managerial positions within HSBC across the UK, China, Malaysia, and Qatar. Joanna holds a Master of Arts in Economics from the University of Cambridge, a Practitioner Diploma in Executive Coaching from the Academy of Executive Coaching, and a Post Graduate Certificate in Sustainable Development from SOAS University of London.
