Diego Colmenares has a diverse work experience in various roles and industries.

Diego started their career at Colegio Fuente del Saber as a Docente adjunto from April 2015 to October 2016. Following that, they worked as a Profesor adjunto at Colegio Santiago Mariño from October 2016 to March 2018.

In 2018, they joined Konecta Perú where they had multiple roles. Diego started as a Quality Control Intern from November 2021 to February 2022, where they were responsible for maintaining service quality standards, evaluating KPIs, conducting weekly tests, and preparing monthly reports. Diego then became a Training Coordinator, creating training materials and providing training to new hires in customer service, sales, and social media from November 2019 to November 2021. Finally, they worked as an Operador telefónico, handling customer service for the airline Latam and managing various systems related to aviation language and security from December 2018 to November 2019.

Currently, Diego is working at Global66 as a Customer Experience Analyst since February 2022. Additionally, since February 2023, they have assumed the role of CX Content Specialist.

Diego Colmenares completed their education history with a Profesorado degree in Geografía e Historia from Universidad Pedagógica Experimental Libertador, spanning from 2013 to 2019. Prior to that, they obtained a Bachillerato degree in Administración Mercantil from UECP La Sagrada Familia between 2011 and 2013. Additionally, they obtained a certification in Adobe Photoshop y Adobe Illustrator from the institution Coderhouse in May 2023.
