Kelly Thater

Kelly Thater possesses extensive experience in human resources, currently serving as the Global Human Resources Manager at Global Advanced Metals since February 2017, following a prior role as Senior Human Resources Manager. Previous positions include HR Manager at The Kraft Heinz Company from October 2001 to December 2016, as well as HR Manager roles at Fibre-Metal Products and American Packaging Corporation. Kelly began a career in human resources at Graphic Packaging International as an HR Analyst. Educational qualifications include a Bachelor's degree in Communications from Millersville University and an HR Certification from Villanova University.
