Nadine Khoury

Nadine Khoury currently serves as the Consul, Counsellor, and Head of the Foreign Policy & Diplomacy Program at Global Affairs Canada, a position held since August 2023. Previously, Nadine worked as the First Secretary for Human Rights at the Permanent Mission of Canada to the UN in Geneva from August 2021 to August 2023. Earlier experience includes serving as the Second Secretary at the Embassy of Canada to Brazil and as the Regional Coordinator for Election Observation Missions at the Organización de los Estados Americanos from 2013 to 2017. Nadine has also held various roles within Global Affairs Canada, including G7/G20 Policy Officer and Deputy Director for Stabilization and Reconstruction Programs. Additional experience includes working as an International Observer for Electoral Observation Missions and a Policy Analyst focused on Haiti.
