Toby Schwartz

Toby Schwartz is a seasoned diplomat and policy expert with extensive experience in international relations, particularly in Southeast Asia and ASEAN affairs. Currently serving as Director and Advisor in the Office of the Deputy Minister of Foreign Affairs at Global Affairs Canada since September 2021, Toby Schwartz has held several key positions, including Counsellor for Political and Public Affairs at the High Commission of Canada in Singapore.
