Christina Nyhus Dhillon is a seasoned expert in international nutrition with extensive experience in leadership roles within organizations focused on improving dietary quality and nutrient adequacy. Currently serving as the Research Lead for the Healthy Diets Unit at the Global Alliance for Improved Nutrition (GAIN), Christina has also held positions as Senior Manager and Senior Technical Specialist at GAIN, where initiatives included Workforce Nutrition programs aimed at enhancing nutrition in specific sectors. Prior roles include serving as Anemia Consultant for the USAID-funded SPRING Project, Deputy Country Director for Programs at Helen Keller International, and various research-focused positions at institutions such as the National Institute of Nutrition-ICMR, Harvard T.H. Chan School of Public Health, and Emory University. Christina holds a Ph.D. in International Nutrition from Cornell University, a Master's Degree in International Public Health from Emory University, and a Bachelor's Degree in Biology and Anthropology from William & Mary.
