Glaucio Santoro has a diverse work experience spanning several industries. Glaucio began their career as an intern at Abbott and later worked as an intern at Claro. Glaucio then joined BB Seguros as a Marketing Analyst, where they played a key role in developing the shift brand project and coordinating internal motivation and integration campaigns.

Afterward, Glaucio worked at BMA – Barbosa Mussnich Aragão as a Communication Coordinator, focusing on website development and digital solutions for B2B clients. Glaucio led the website redesign project and enhanced clients' awareness through newsletters, email marketing, and hotsites.

Following their time at BMA, Glaucio joined BR Distribuidora as a Digital Marketing Analyst and later became a Digital Marketing Specialist. In these roles, they planned and executed B2B and B2C digital advertising campaigns, evaluated campaign performance, and identified improvements for future projects.

Glaucio also has experience in organizational development, having served as an Organizational Development Manager at BR Distribuidora. In this role, they acted as an HR Business Partner, coordinated corporate action plans, and led employee engagement surveys.

Additionally, Glaucio worked as a Professor at FACHA and Universidade Federal Rural do Rio de Janeiro in 2017, where they shared their expertise with students.

Most recently, Glaucio began working as a Professor Assistant at Global Alumni in 2022.
