As the President and Founder of Great Blue Communications, Monta has demonstrated entrepreneurial spirit while previously serving as a Senior Associate at Anamorphiq and as Communications Director at the Canadian Children's Literacy Foundation. Monta's expertise includes significant positions such as Vice President at Hill & Knowlton and Senior Vice President at FleishmanHillard HighRoad.
