Lilian Hildegard Melo

Lilian Hildegard Melo, MBA, currently serves as the Supply Chain Management Manager at Global Amines Company since July 2023. Previously, Lilian held the role of S&OP Demand Planning Coordinator at Lenovo, where responsibilities included managing the S&OP cycle process and coordinating demand planning. Lilian's experience also includes positions at Rappi, overseeing sampling operations and supply chain coordination, and a long tenure at Continental in various supply chain and customer service roles, where significant achievements encompassed managing demand planning and S&OP processes. With a strong educational background, including an MBA from the University of Wales and a degree in Tourism and Planning from PUC Minas, Lilian combines extensive supply chain expertise with teaching experience as a guest lecturer at the University of Wales Lampeter.
