Gladys H. Morales

Gladys Herminia Morales Guevara is a seasoned professional with extensive experience in innovation and development, currently serving as Senior Officer and Global Head of Innovation at the International Fund for Agricultural Development since June 2020. In addition, Morales Guevara holds the role of GBBC Regional Ambassador in Italy for the Global Blockchain Business Council. Previous roles include founder of GHMG STRATEGIES SRL and various consultative positions focused on partnerships and resource mobilization for innovation at the FAO and global poverty reduction at the International Poverty Reduction Center in China. Education credentials include an Executive Program in Digital Business Leadership from Columbia Business School, a Master of Sciences in Development Economics from the University of Rome Tor Vergata, and a Bachelor of Science in Foreign Service from Georgetown University.
