Ibrahima Guimba-Saidou serves as the Interim CEO of the Partnership for Digital Access in Africa since May 2024, advocating for the bridging of Africa's digital divide through collaborative efforts across sectors. Ibrahima holds dual roles as a Senior Advisor for UNICEF's GIGA initiative and as an Advisor for ChipLab, focusing on African semiconductor potential. Previous leadership positions include Chief Village Officer at Guimba & Co, Ambassador for Niger at the Global Blockchain Business Council, and Resource Mobilization Consultant for Smart Africa's Digital Academy. Ibrahima also contributes as a Steering Committee Member for the SDG Lab and a Board Member at CIPMEN, Niger's National Incubator. Educational credentials include an MBA & MIM from the University of Maryland Global Campus and a Baccalaureat in Electrical Engineering from Polytechnique Montréal.
