Arshiya Duseja

Arshiya Duseja has had a varied work experience since 2011. In 2011, they worked as a Site Planner Intern at GTL Limited, where they applied frequency planning to numerous sites and supervised the installation and activation of 3 sites. In 2012, they worked as an Administrative Intern at A.V.T.E. India Pvt Ltd., handling administrative work for the institute and managing class allotments and homework assignments. In 2014, they worked as a Student Worker - Analysis at the University of Texas at Dallas, analyzing data sets and providing insights for a better understanding of data. From 2015 to 2016, they worked at Saturn Infotech as a Data Analyst, gathering requirements, designing dashboards, researching and analyzing data reporting issues, and analyzing company performance versus competitors and industry benchmarks. From 2016 to the present, Arshiya has worked at GBIT (Global Bridge InfoTech Inc) in various roles, such as Scrum Lead, PMO Scrum Master, Release Train Engineer, Sr. Scrum Master, Sr. Scrum Master / Delivery Lead, Project Manager, and PMO Business Analyst / Scrum Master. In these roles, they have acted as a Scrum Master for various teams, facilitated Scrum ceremonies, coached and assisted product teams, managed portfolios of products, and interacted with other Delivery Leads to identify enterprise level dependencies and risks.

Arshiya Duseja obtained a Bachelor of Technology (B.Tech.) in Electrical, Electronics and Communications Engineering from Banasthali Vidyapith between 2008 and 2012. Arshiya then went on to pursue a Master of Science (M.S.) in International Management Studies from The University of Texas at Dallas between 2013 and 2015. Since then, Arshiya has obtained several certifications, including a JIRA Fundamentals Badge from Atlassian in July 2022, a Certified SAFe 5 Practitioner from Scaled Agile, Inc. in March 2022, a Certified SAFe 5 Release Train Engineer from Scaled Agile, Inc. in November 2021, a Certified SAFe 5 Product Owner/Product Manager from Scaled Agile, Inc. in October 2021, a SAFe Scrum Master Course (5.0) from Scaled Agile, Inc. in July 2020, a Certified Scrum Master from Scrum Alliance in June 2018, a Leading SAFe 5.0 from Scaled Agile, Inc. in September 2017, and a Google Analytics from Google in September 2016.
