Joshua Weinstein

Joshua Weinstein is a seasoned professional in the renewable energy sector, currently serving as Managing Partner at Global Business Alliances since June 2025. Weinstein also holds positions as a Board Member at Oceantic Network and President and Board Member at Beacon Wind Holdings LLC, both of which commenced in December 2024 and July 2023, respectively. As a member of the Offshore Wind Council at the American Clean Power Association since February 2019, Weinstein has contributed significantly to the offshore wind industry. Previous roles include President of Offshore Wind Americas at bp and Senior Vice President, Head of Offshore Development at Invenergy LLC. Weinstein's earlier career includes leadership positions at DNV and Principle Power, as well as work in the Department of Veterans Affairs. Weinstein holds a BS in Bioengineering from the University of Washington and has completed the Leading Digital Transformation Programme at INSEAD in 2018 and 2024.
