Mark Sharoff is a seasoned research professional with extensive experience in the business travel industry. Currently serving as Senior Research Manager at the Global Business Travel Association (GBTA) since March 2018, Mark has progressed through various roles, including Research Manager and Senior Research Analyst. Responsibilities encompass conducting survey research, managing client-sponsored projects, collaborating on questionnaire development, and presenting findings at industry events. Prior to this, Mark was a Research Analyst at the GBTA Foundation, where tasks involved analyzing survey data and creating presentations.
