Robert W. Cats

Robert W. Cats has extensive experience in various leadership roles in the business and project management sector. Robert W. is currently serving as the Qatar Delegate for the Global Chamber of Business Leaders since March 2022. In 2015, they founded Care for Qatar. Prior to that, in 2002, they founded WMMC Consultancy & Facilitair Project Management BV and has been serving as the Founder/CEO. Robert W. also held the position of International Project Manager/Project Director IFM at WMMC Facilitair Project Management & Consultancy since January 2013.

From March 2018 to March 2022, Cats served as the Chairman of the Executive Board at DBCQ.QA. Robert W. also served as the CEO of WMMC Consultancy - Qatar Interim Manager from January 2002 to March 2022. Prior to that, they worked as the Country/General Manager at ENGIE Cofely Mannai FM from January 2016 to February 2020. During their tenure, they significantly increased revenue and headcount while repositioning the company as a market leader.

Cats also held the position of Project Director at Keppel FMO (Cofely Singapore) from April 2015 to February 2016, where they successfully managed IFM operations for the Katara project for the Qatar government. Before that, they worked as an IFM Senior Project Manager/Project Director at ENGIE GDF Cofely Suez Group from October 2013 to March 2015, overseeing IFM projects and implementing operational excellence practices across the EMEA region.

Additionally, Cats has worked as a Senior Facilitair Project Manager at FGB Facility Group in 2013. Overall, they have a strong track record of leadership and successful project management across various organizations in the industry.

Robert W. Cats received their Bachelor of Applied Science (BASc) degree in Life Sciences from UoU in 1987.
