Caroline Roberts has a diverse work experience spanning several roles and industries. Caroline is currently working as an Executive Assistant & Project Coordinator at Crasner Consulting, a boutique advisory firm specializing in the business of global law firms. Prior to that, they served as an Office Manager at Global Cleantech Capital, a growth-stage venture capital firm investing in clean energy companies. Caroline also founded their own company, Teamologist, which provided administration, marketing, and knowledge management support to small and medium-sized enterprises.

In addition to their entrepreneurial endeavors, Caroline has held leadership positions in various organizations. Caroline served as a Fundraising Board Member for Calverley Adventure Grounds, where they successfully raised funds to transform an unused area into a natural play area. Caroline also worked at BAE Systems Applied Intelligence as the Head of Knowledge Management, where they developed strategies and technology solutions to facilitate knowledge sharing within the business. Before that, Caroline was the Global Head of Knowledge Management at Hitachi Consulting, where they implemented a global knowledge system and migrated the knowledge management system to SharePoint.

Caroline started their career at Arthur Andersen Business Consulting, where they worked in various roles to support the growth of practices in the areas of change management, knowledge management, and organizational learning. Caroline played a key role in marketing the firm's external Knowledge Services practice and strengthening the internal knowledge management program.

Caroline Roberts obtained a degree in Knowledge Management from the International Knowledge Management Institute in 2018. Prior to that, they studied Business/Corporate Communications, Understanding Customers, and Marketing Fundamentals at CIM | The Chartered Institute of Marketing from 1997 to 1998. In addition to their formal education, Caroline has also earned several certifications, including Certified Knowledge Manager (CKM) from KM Institute (KMI) in 2022, Designing IT Platform Collaborative Applications with SharePoint 2013 from Microsoft in 2005, and Managing Projects to Success from the Center for Project Management in 2000.
