Deepali Dalvi is an experienced finance professional with a strong background in credit control and dispute resolution. Currently serving as Manager of Cash Collection and Credit Control at Global Cloud Xchange since May 2017, Deepali manages business KPIs, oversees the carrier collection process globally, and maintains effective customer relations for timely collections. Prior to this role, Deepali worked at Tata Communications for over a decade, progressing from Billing & Revenue Assurance Executive to Assistant Manager of Dispute Resolutions, where responsibilities included monthly invoice generation and SAP accounting. Deepali holds a Postgraduate Degree in Finance and Financial Management Services from Welingkar Institute of Management and a Master in Commerce with a focus on Marketing from the University of Mumbai.
