Erico Nesman has a broad range of experience in the field of sales and business solutions. Erico started their career at Provencred as a Business Process Analyst, where they conducted surveys, analyzed processes, and established quality control standards. Erico then moved on to work at Randstad Work Solutions as an HR Consultant for a brief period.
Nesman joined Deloitte as a Consultant and worked on a project for Colt Telecom, where they focused on budget and forecast processes, implemented new business reports, and established communication channels with the India Service Share Centre.
After their time at Deloitte, Nesman worked at COLT Telecom as a Sales Analyst and later as a Senior Sales Analyst. In these roles, they were responsible for sales analysis and reporting, customer database control, and the design and implementation of performance measurement programs.
Nesman then joined Xerox as a Solutions Architect, where they designed and developed business solutions for BPO services and supported the senior management team in sales analysis and reporting. Erico later became a Business Solution Manager, leading a team of Solution Architects and Bid Managers across multiple countries. In this role, they were responsible for bid qualification, financial modeling, pricing, and implementing changes to local policies and procedures.
Nesman's most recent role was at Global Cloud Xchange, where they held multiple positions, including Senior Bid Manager for Europe and the US, Product Sales Head for Global Data - RoW, and Head of Process and Architecture. In these roles, they were responsible for bid qualification, leading a global team, overseeing stakeholder relationships, and optimizing the sales process and data consistency.
Throughout their career, Nesman has demonstrated strong leadership skills, strategic thinking, and an ability to drive process improvement and achieve sales targets.
Erico Nesman obtained their Bachelors of Sciences in Business Administration and Management from the Universidad Nacional de Córdoba between 2000 and 2005. Following this, they pursued a Master's Degree in Innovation, Creativity, and Leadership at Cass Business School from 2014 to 2016.
