Esther Mousseni

Esther Mousseni is a seasoned professional with extensive experience in service delivery and project management across various technology and energy sectors. Currently serving as a Service Delivery Manager at CFAO Technology & Energy since February 2021, Esther has also held roles as a self-employed manager and Project Delivery Manager at PSM since July 2018, along with a long-standing position as Assurance & Supplier Operations Manager at Global Cloud Xchange since May 2017. Previous experience includes roles at Daisy Group, Tata Communications, PerkinElmer, Johnson & Johnson, British Telecom, and Synergy Network Systems, demonstrating proficiency in customer service, network engineering, and IT support. Esther holds a Master’s degree in Project Management in Information Technology from the University of West London, obtained in 2017.
