Ramakrishnan Gopalan, also known as Ramki, has a wealth of experience in the telecommunications industry. Ramakrishnan(Ramki) started their career in 1995 at Godrej Telecom Limited as a Manager and worked there until 2002. Ramakrishnan(Ramki) then moved on to Zip Telecom, where they served as a Sr Manager for a year. In 2003, they joined Iqara Telecom as a Sr Manager and stayed until 2006.

Ramki's next move was to Reliance Communications, where they held multiple roles including General Manager of Customer Operations, VP and Head of CLM, and VP - Zonal Head of Customer Operations. Ramakrishnan(Ramki) worked for Reliance Communications until 2011.

Currently, Ramki is the Global Head of Managed Services & Customer Experience at Global Cloud Xchange. Ramakrishnan(Ramki) has been in this role since 2011 and is responsible for delivering managed services and ensuring excellent customer experience for a global customer base with annual revenues of over $100 million. Ramakrishnan(Ramki) leads a team of 150+ professionals and focuses on delivering on-time solutions to customers.

Ramakrishnan (Ramki) Gopalan obtained a Bachelor of Engineering (BE) degree in Electronics & Communications from Bharathidasan University between the years 1986 to 1990.
