Shilpa Tawte

Shilpa Tawte has a diverse and extensive work experience spanning over several companies and roles. Shilpa is currently the Senior Vice President of Human Resources at Netcore Cloud since June 2022. Before that, they held various leadership positions at Global Cloud Xchange, including Vice President and Head of Global Talent Acquisition, Vice President, and HR Head for India, and Head of Talent Acquisition. Prior to that, they served as the Vice President of HR at The Mobile Wallet Pvt. Ltd. Shilpa also gained experience as AVP and Head of Talent Management at Datamatics Global Services and as Assistant General Manager and Head of Recruitment. Shilpa Tawte's earlier roles include Senior Manager and Head of SOM CDI BU at Patni, HR Head for Insurance BU at Syntel, and HR positions at Mastek Ltd, Trigyn Ltd, and iGATE Global Solutions.

Shilpa Tawte obtained their Bachelor's degree in Commerce from the University of Mumbai, where they studied from 1989 to 1994. In addition to their formal education, they have obtained several certifications in various subjects from LinkedIn. These certifications include "Be the Manager People Won't Leave," "Unconscious Bias," "Sheryl Sandberg and Adam Grant on Option B: Building Resilience," and "Diversity, Inclusion, and Belonging." Shilpa received these certifications in the months of February, March, and May of 2023.
