Carolyn Feuille

Carolyn Feuille is an accomplished professional with extensive experience in global skills development, leadership coaching, and cultural adaptation. As the President and Founder of Esprit Global Learning Corporation since April 2001, Carolyn specializes in supporting leaders working across culturally diverse environments and has co-authored the Polaris® Global Leadership Competency Model. Additional roles include Senior Trainer at Berlitz Seminars, Global Leadership Coach with Grovewell Consulting, and Regional Manager for the Global Coaching Network. Carolyn's background also includes contributions as a volunteer co-leader with the International Coach Federation and training positions at Shepell.fgi, Aperian Global, and San Jose State University. With a strong educational foundation that includes degrees from Pitzer College, UCLA, and Golden Gate University, Carolyn has dedicated their career to enhancing leadership capabilities and cultural competence among executives and professionals globally.
