Mark Govan

Mark Govan is an accomplished finance professional with extensive experience in mergers and acquisitions, financial due diligence, and infrastructure management. Currently serving as Managing Director at Global Compute Infrastructure since September 2021, Mark previously held various roles at Digital Realty from March 2016 to March 2021, including Director and Associate in Acquisitions. Prior to this, Mark gained significant expertise at KPMG, where roles included Manager and Senior Associate in M&A Transaction Services from May 2012 to March 2016, as well as Senior Associate in Audit from October 2009 to May 2012. Mark holds a Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, and Economics from California Polytechnic State University-San Luis Obispo.
