Uglješa Atanacković

Uglješa Atanacković is an experienced Trainer, Coach, and HR Consultant, currently owning and operating ROAD Human Resources since August 2011. With extensive expertise in identifying training needs, designing development programs, and providing coaching, Uglješa has collaborated with notable clients including United Colors of Benetton and SAVA Insurance Group. Additional roles have included coaching at Global Connection, training and consulting with NGO "The Cube," mentoring at DOBA Business School, and serving as Human Resources and Communications Manager at KaufMAX. Uglješa began a career in youth health improvement with the Canadian International Development Agency and previously worked as a Market Research Assistant at Ninamedia. Uglješa holds both a Master of Engineering and a Bachelor of Engineering in Human Resources Management from the Faculty of Technical Sciences at the University of Novi Sad.
