Leah Danak

Leah Danak, MBA-HR, currently serves as VP and Head of HR for the Americas, Australia, and New Zealand at Global Critical Logistics, overseeing a diverse team supporting over 700 employees across nine countries. Previously, Leah was the Global Human Resources Director at Tegus, where significant growth was accomplished, expanding the HR team from 2 to 12 members and managing a successful acquisition. Leah's experience also includes leading HR as Head of People at Digital Media Management, with a focus on leadership development and HR program scalability. Prior roles at Amazon included Senior HR Business Partner and Regional Manager roles, demonstrating expertise in talent management, diversity initiatives, and organizational design. Leah holds a Bachelor of Arts in Political Science from UCLA and an MBA in Human Resources and Organizational Development from California State University - East Bay.
