Matt Anderson, Vice President of Human Resources, is responsible for overseeing annual audits and governmental compliance reporting for ACA, EEO, Affirmative Action, OFCCP, and ERISA compliance. He also negotiates and administers the agreements with the company’s insurance providers, health insurance benefits, and 401k plan. Matt will also oversee GDC’s learning and talent development programs as well as continually refine company policies, procedures and change management initiatives. Matt ensures fair and consistent application of employment policies and procedures while advising the executive team on employee relations matters. Prior to GDC, he held a position with Sears Holdings Corporation providing consultative advice and support for Fortune 500 corporations.
