Ayla Kremb

Ayla Kremb has a diverse work experience spanning multiple industries and roles. In 2014, they worked as a Community Engagement Advisor at BagoSphere and later as a Customer Experience Advisor at www.GIVEasia.org. In 2015, they served as a Customer Success Lead at Zimplistic Inventions. From 2016 to 2019, Ayla held positions such as Community Manager at Collision 8, Grant, Funding & Business Development Manager APAC at Catalyst Solutions [Global Incentive Specialists], and Advisory Board Member at Investigate Pte Ltd. In 2017, they became a Mentor at Chinaccelerator/MOX and continued in that role until 2020. In 2019, Ayla joined Refinitiv, an LSEG business, as an AI & Data Innovation Lab Ecosystem Manager, and remained in that position until January 2021. Starting in December 2019, they also took on the role of Chief Operating Officer at Diffuse Inc. Most recently, they were appointed as the Head of Education Committee at the Global Digital Asset & Cryptocurrency Association in December 2021. Ayla Kremb has demonstrated adaptability and expertise in various fields, including community engagement, customer experience, business development, and innovation management.

Ayla Kremb began their education in 2006 at FIDM, where they studied Merchandise Marketing. After completing their studies there, they then attended Växjö University in 2007 to pursue Business/Managerial Economics. Most recently, in 2011, Ayla enrolled in the National Federation of Neuro Linguistic Programming to become an NLP Master Practitioner & Coach.
