Alizah Merali

Alizah Merali is an experienced professional currently serving as Manager of Strategy & Build at The Global Development Incubator since August 2022, focusing on social impact initiatives related to maternal and neonatal health, early childhood development, and education in emergencies. Concurrently, Alizah holds the position of Deputy Director at Talent Mobility Fund, working to establish a fund that enables low-income individuals to move to OECD countries for better opportunities. In addition, Alizah is the Chief of Staff at NurtureFirst, which aims to catalyze system change for home-based childcare in low- and middle-income countries. Previously, Alizah gained extensive experience in strategic roles at Kearney, Freshii, Johnson & Johnson, LivelyHoods, Aga Khan University Hospital, and Asociación de Mujeres Ngobe Bugle. Academic credentials include a Bachelor's degree in Honours Business Administration from Ivey Business School and a Bachelor's degree in Health Sciences from Western University.
