Millicent Idaki

Millicent Idaki currently serves as the Human Resources Lead at The Global Development Incubator since 2023. Previously, Millicent held the position of Human Resources & Administration Manager at Self Help Africa from April 2016 to March 2023, and prior to that worked as the Group HR & Administration Manager at HighChem Marketing Ltd. from November 2012 to March 2016. Millicent's earlier roles include Senior Executive Administrative at the Summer Institute of Linguistics Ltd. (May 2010 - October 2012), Administrative Officer at Loreto Institute (August 1996 - April 2012), and Administrative Associate at Kenya Institute of Management (November 1988 - August 1999). In terms of education, Millicent is pursuing a CHRP in Human Resource Management at the College Of Human Resource Management (May 2022 - Present) and holds a B.Com with a Management Major and an Advanced Diploma in Business Management from Catholic University of Eastern Africa. Millicent also possesses a Higher Diploma in MIS from IMIS - UK and a Diploma in Information Technology and Management from Loreto College, Msongari.
