Bonita Thompson, SPHR, SHRM-SCP has a strong background in human resources. Bonita currently holds the position of Vice President of Human Resources at Global Dimensions, LLC starting from October 2019. Prior to that, they worked at Sayres and Associates Corporation as the Director of Human Resources from March 2010 to February 2019. In this role, they managed a 4-person HR department and oversaw the growth of the department to support various HR functions. Before joining Sayres and Associates Corporation, Bonita was the Director of Human Resources at Hilldrup Companies from November 1998 to March 2010. In this position, they played a crucial role in transforming the HR function into a comprehensive operation that served a large relocation company and positively impacted employee morale and retention.
