Daniel Vila Salas

Daniel Vila Salas has a diverse work experience spanning multiple industries. Starting in 2010, they worked as a Commercial Banking Officer at Caja Rural de Aragón. In this role, they received training and gained experience in banking operations.

In 2012, Daniel joined MAXAM as a Marketing Analyst for their Outdoors division, where they supported the Marketing Director in research and analysis tasks.

In 2014, they became a Budget Controller at Telefónica, a global telecommunications company. Their responsibilities included financial and project-related tasks.

Returning to MAXAM in 2015, Daniel took on the role of Financial Controller for the Outdoors and Defense Business Units in the United States. Daniel managed accounting operations and oversaw financial control for entities generating over $20 million in revenue.

In 2020, Daniel was promoted to Regional Finance Director for MAXAM's North American division. Daniel led a team responsible for 11 entities in the USA and Canada, with consolidated revenues exceeding $80 million. Their role involved overseeing financial operations, tax supervision, and serving as a strategic business partner to the CEO.

Finally, in 2023, Daniel joined DOMINION GLOBAL as the Director of Corporate Services for the USA and Canada.

Daniel Vila Salas has a Master of Science degree in Accounting and Finance from CEF Centro de Estudios Financieros, which they obtained between 2014 and 2015. Prior to that, they obtained a Bachelor of Business Administration degree in Management from SKEMA Business School between 2013 and 2014. Daniel also holds another Bachelor of Business Administration degree in Management from Universidad Rey Juan Carlos, which they received between 2010 and 2014. In addition, they have a degree in Marketing and Sales Management from ESIC Business & Marketing School obtained between 2007 and 2012. Daniel Vila Salas has also obtained certifications such as "Procore Certified: Student" from Procore Technologies and "Vista Accounts Payable Professional" from Viewpoint in the year 2023.
