Chad Kaatz is a seasoned engineering and product management professional with extensive experience in leadership roles across various companies. Currently serving as Vice President of Engineering and Product Management and General Manager at Global Drain Technologies since May 2018, Chad has previously held positions including Director of Engineering for Helicopter Programs at StandardAero from January 2013 to May 2018, and Project Manager at Boeing from 2011 to 2013. Chad's career also includes significant contributions at StandardAero in various engineering capacities from 2001 to 2011, as well as earlier roles as a Product Engineer at Buhler Manufacturing and Mechanical Maintenance Planner at Gerdau MRM Steel. Chad completed a Bachelor of Science in Engineering with a focus on Biological/Biosystems Engineering from the University of Manitoba from 1994 to 1999.
