Parker Young

Parker Young is an experienced construction professional currently working as a Special Projects lead at Global Earthwork & Underground since April 2024. Prior to this role, Parker served as President at Straub Construction from March 1996 to April 2024, where responsibilities included defining the organization's vision and overseeing daily operations as Executive VP/COO. Earlier in Parker's career, project management and superintendent roles were held, focusing on delivering quality projects on time and on budget, managing schedules, and ensuring construction quality and safety. Parker's career commenced at Dominion Homes as a superintendent, overseeing the completion of single-family homes. Parker holds a degree in Construction Science from Kansas State University and completed education at Shawnee Mission Northwest High School.
