Joseph Scarano

Joseph Scarano is an experienced leader in law enforcement and government affairs, currently serving as a Leadership Instructor and Vice President at Global Elite Group since September 2012. Scarano has extensive experience liaising with various federal and state agencies, including the FBI, TSA, and the White House. Previous roles include Commanding Officer at the Port Authority of New York & New Jersey, where Scarano became the first captain in 33 years to command JFK Airport, and adjunct instructor positions focused on aviation security and crime-fighting strategies. Education includes a Jurisdictional Enhanced Incident Management/Unified Command Certificate from Texas Engineering Extension Service and an Associate Degree in Computer Data Processing from Nassau Community College.
